IN HEAD-CUT AMOHO FISHES, 35% IN LARGE AND 40% IN SMALL (THIS TYPE OF ANCHIO FISH IS CALLED SALT ANTHOUSE FISH.)
EEL:
PRODUCTION OF EEL IS DONE WITH A FISHING SYSTEM THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE FOREIGN MATERIALS, meaning THERE IS NO OTHER TYPE OF FISH AMONG THE CAUGHT EELS.
THERE IS A LAYER CALLED LEZE ON THE SKIN OF THE EEL WHEN IT IS KEPT. THIS LAYER IS SLIPPERY AND IS DISCARDED AFTER FISHING, WHICH IS WHY IT PROVIDES AROUND 1% FIRE BEFORE PACKAGING.
DURING THE PACKAGING OF THE FISH, LARGE AND SMALL SIZES ARE ACCORDING TO BUYERS’ REQUESTS.
IT IS POSSIBLE TO BE DIVIDED INTO GROUPS, FIRE IS ALWAYS PRESENT DURING THIS OPERATION. LIKE THIS
UP TO 10% FLASH MAY OCCUR DURING MANIPULATIONS. THERE ARE PARTS THAT CANNOT BE EVALUATED, THESE ARE CALLED BREAKING FISH.
IT TURNS AROUND 3 TO 5% WHEN FREEZING. (DON’T STAY IN THIS NAMED ICE HOME
VARIES DEPENDING ON DURATION.)

DURING THE CLEANING OF WHEAT, WASTE AND LOSSES ARE AS MUCH AS THE AMOUNT OF FOREIGN MATERIALS CONTAINED.
GIVES. OTHER THAN THIS, THERE WILL BE NO WASTE AND LOSSES DURING GRINDING, AND THE WEIGHT OF THE WHEAT MAY INCREASE THROUGH IT GAINS MOISTURE.
IN THE MANUFACTURING OF FLOUR AND SEMILA, FOREIGN MATERIALS ARE CONSIDERED OF STONE, SOIL, VECH, CARAMIL, ETC.
THE MOISTURE AND MOISTURE THAT WHEAT ACCESSES DURING THE WASHING OPERATION WHILE TURNING IT INTO FLOUR IN FACTORIES
IN ADDITION, THE WEIGHT INCREASE DUE TO WATER GIVEN TO HARD WHEAT MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF WHEAT AND THE AMOUNT OF MOISTURE IN IT, BUT ON AVERAGE, AN INCREASE OF AROUND 1-2% MAY OCCUR.
THE PERCENTAGES BELOW DEPEND ON THE RATIO OF FOREIGN MATERIALS IN THE WHEAT AND THE NORMAL OR
IT VARIES DEPENDING ON WHETHER IT IS MUCH BROKEN.
80% FLOUR (80 YIELD) AND 21% BRAN RAZMOL IS TAKEN FROM CLEANED WHEAT. 80 EFFICIENCY
BONQUALITY IS USUALLY NOT DRAINED IN FLOURS. IF DESIRED, IT CAN BE PURCHASED AT AROUND 1%. (DOUBLE ZERO AND SINGLE ZERO ARE CALLED IN THIS MARKET) THEN 79-95.5% FLOUR AND 11.5% BONQUALITY CAN BE PURCHASED DEPENDING ON THE TYPE AND YIELD OF WHEAT. IF BONQUALITY IS PURCHASED, APPROXIMATELY 79.5% FLOUR AND 21.5′ KG. (i.e. 100 KG., WITH THE DIFFERENCE IN HUMIDITY, ABOUT 101 KG. FLOUR AND SECONDARY PROCEEDS CAN BE TAKEN FROM CLEANED WHEAT.)
DEPENDING ON THE TYPE AND QUALITY OF WHEAT: 74-76% YIELD FROM CLEANED WHEAT, APPROXIMATELY 74-76 KG
FLOUR, 5% BONQUALITY, 21% RAZMOL BRAN IS OBTAINED.
ACCORDING TO THE FOOD REGULATION, RYE RATIO IS 10% OF THE WHEAT TOGETHER WITH THE RYE IN IT.
CANNOT PASS. IT IS BROKEN TOGETHER WITH THE WHEAT. ALSO, IT IS NOT A BY-PRODUCT OR FIRE ISSUE.
WHEN FLOUR IS GRINDED WITH 74/76 EFFICIENCY, IT PROVIDES A SECOND QUALITY FLOUR WITH AN EFFICIENCY UP TO APPROXIMATELY 80 (i.e. 5-6%).
THIS IS CALLED BUNABONQUALITY.
UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS, WHEAT AND RYE SHIPPED IN BULK BY TRUCK TO BE PRODUCED IN FLOUR FACTORY DOES NOT EXCEED 1%. ANNUAL WASTE AND LOSS RATIO OF WHEAT, BRAN AND RAZMOL
I AM AROUND 0.5% TO 1%. HOWEVER, THIS RATE MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE CONDITION OF THE PLACE WHERE THE GOODS ARE STORED AND THE WEATHER CONDITIONS DURING THE STORAGE PERIOD.
WASTE AND LOSS RATES THAT WHEAT, BRAN AND RAZMOL CAN CAUSE DURING FILLING, UNLOADING AND TRANSPORTATION UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS VARY DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF TRANSPORTATION VEHICLE (TRUCK, TRACTOR, RAILWAY AND SEA), WEATHER CONDITIONS, AND WHETHER THE TRANSPORTATION IS IN BULK OR IN BAGS. TOGETHER, THIS RATE IS ALSO %
IT IS NORMAL TO BE UP TO 1.
NORMAL, AND SOMETIMES DOUBLE TRANSPORTATION, DURING TRANSPORTATION AND OPEN STORAGE DUE TO OPEN STORAGE, THE RATE OF WASTE AND LOSSES THAT WHEAT MAY CAUSE IS CONSIDERED NORMAL: UP TO 1.5% TO 2%.
WHEAT IS PURCHASED FROM THE PRODUCER AND SOIL PRODUCTS OFFICE, AND UNTIL IT REACHES THE MILL, IT GIVES 0.25% WASTE FOR REASONS SUCH AS DRYING AND SCAPPING.
DURING THE MECHANICAL STORAGE OF WHEAT, A SCALE OF UP TO 1% OCCURS AS A RESULT OF THE FRICTION, COMPRESSION, CRUSHING AND HITTING ON THE WALLS THAT OCCUR IN BOTH THE PORTABLE ELEVATORS AND THE MECHANICAL CARRIERS IN THE FACILITY.
IN STORAGES, IN PLUMBAL STORAGES, THE ALTITUDE IS ACCORDING TO THE CONTENT OF THE WELL, AND IN HORIZONTAL STORAGES, THE ALTITUDE IS 2.90 METERS, AND THE HUMIDITY OCCURRING IN ANY PART OF BOTH THE HORIZON AND PLUGINAL STORAGES WHICH IS NOT VISIBLE AND CANNOT BE CONTROLLED. AS A RESULT OF PEST INFECTION DUE TO ME AND VARIOUS REASONS, A FIRE WAS PURCHASED UNTIL THE SITUATION IS REALIZED. OF COURSE IT WILL COME AND THIS RATIO WILL BE 0.5%.
DURING THE CLEANING OF WHEAT, 3% OF GRASS, STRAW AND WEED-EDEAT GRAINS AND FOREIGN SEEDS ARE CONTAINED IN THE AMOUNT, AND 1% OF STONE AND SOIL IS FOUND.
EXCEPT FOR ALL THESE LOSSES, DEPENDING ON THE MOISTURE RATE CONTAINED IN THE WHEAT, HARD WHEAT CAN ACCEPT HUMIDITY, WHICH IS FREE OF FOREIGN MATERIALS AND BROKEN GRAINS AS POSSIBLE. THE WASHING AND TEMPERING PERIOD IS KEPT LONG AND 2.5-3% HUMIDITY IS ADDED. (TO BUY HIGH QUALITY AND YELLOW COLOURED SEMILA.)
PROCESSING OF WHEAT HAPPENS IN THREE STAGES.
STORAGE:
AFTER WHEAT IS RECEIVED FROM THE PRODUCER, IT IS PLACED IN WAREHOUSES ACCORDING TO ITS PROPERTIES. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT WHEAT WILL BE SCARED DURING SHIPPING TO THE FACTORY AND DURING TRANSFER TO TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES. STORAGE PROCESS HAS TWO WAYS.
PRE-PRODUCTION STORAGE: WHEAT IS TAKEN INTO EXISTING WAREHOUSES ACCORDING TO ITS TYPE AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES. WHEAT WITH VARIOUS PROPERTIES STORED IN WAREHOUSES IS MIXED AND SHIPPED TO PRODUCTION. WHEAT WHEN STORED IN WAREHOUSES FOR A LONG TIME MAY HAVE LOSSES CAUSED BY ROT, CORRUPTION AND DETERIORATION. THE MOISTURE RATE OF WHEAT, WHICH IS AROUND 14% DURING THE BLENDING SEASON, DECREASES BY 2-3% AT THE END OF A MONTH, DECREASING TO 11-12%. FOR THIS REASON, THE LOSSES THAT OCCUR DURING THE PRE-PRODUCTION STORAGE STAGE ARE AROUND 1-3% IN TOTAL.
STORAGE DURING PRODUCTION: WHEAT IS TRANSPORTED TO VERTICAL SILOS IN THE FACTORY ACCORDING TO THE PROPERTIES OF THE FLOUR TO BE OBTAINED BEFORE IT ENTERS PRODUCTION. HERE IT IS MIXED IN CERTAIN RATIOS AND SENT TO THE CLEANING AND WASHING DEPARTMENT.
1 -) FLOUR MANUFACTURING HAPPENS IN TWO STAGES.
FIRST STAGE: WHEAT STORED IN WAREHOUSES IS COMPARED ACCORDING TO ITS QUALITY FEATURES AND SENT TO THE CLEANING DEPARTMENT. WHEAT IS FIRST MADE UP OF STONE, SAND, SOIL, ETC., WHICH WE CAN CALL COARSE DIRT. IT IS PURIFIED FROM FOREIGN MATERIALS. THEN, BY USING THE AIR CURRENT, THE FOREIGN MATERIALS SUCH AS DUST, STRAW AND SAP ARE PASSED THROUGH MAGNETS, AND THE IRON AND METAL PARTICLES ARE SEPARATED. WHEAT COMING TO THE WASHING PHASE IS SENT TO THE RESTING SILOS. WHEAT REMAINS IN THE RESIDENCE SILOS FOR 20-30 HOURS DEPENDING ON ITS CHARACTERISTICS, IT IS PASSED THROUGH HELLING MACHINES AND TAKEN INTO THE TEMPERING BARN. THE WHEAT REMAINS HERE FOR 4-6 HOURS IS GIVEN TO PRODUCTION.
SECOND STAGE: WHEAT, WHICH HAS TAKEN A CERTAIN MOISTURE IN IT AND IS READY TO BE GRINDED, IS CRUSHED IN ROLLERS, CRUSHED AND SUBJECT TO THE GRINDING PROCESS. THE CRACKED WHEAT IS PASSED THROUGH SIEVES AND IT IS SEPARATED INTO FLOUR, BRAN, RAZMOL, BONKALITE. THE SECTION BETWEEN THE CELLULOSE LAYER AND THE ENDOSPERA FORMS BONKALITE AND RASMOLE. TWO MAIN INGREDIENTS ARE OBTAINED FROM GRINDED WHEAT. THE FIRST IS FLOUR, THE OTHERS ARE BRAN AND RAZMOL, WHICH WE CALL AS BY-PRODUCTS. SOME COMPANIES COLLECT BONQUALITY RAZMOL BRAN AS MIXED IN A SINGLE SILO, ACCORDING TO THEIR TECHNOLOGIES, AND MARKETE IT AS A SINGLE STUDY AS A SECONDARY MATERIAL.
FLOUR YIELD OF WHEAT
THE YIELD OF FLOUR OBTAINED FROM WHEAT IS PROPORTIONAL TO ITS SPECIFIC GRAVITY. IT VARIES GREATLY DEPENDING ON CLIMATE CONDITIONS AND TECHNOLOGICAL FEATURES OF THE FACILITIES. SPECIFIC GRAVITY 750 GR. / CM 3. MAXIMUM 70-75% WHITE FLOUR MATERIAL CAN BE OBTAINED FROM THE INCOMING WHEAT. THE REMAINING PART IS DANDRAN AND RAZMOL. DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF THE FLOURY INGREDIENT OBTAINED, FLOUR IS DIVIDED INTO TWO TYPES CALLED REAL FLOUR AND BLACK FLOUR. IF TYPE 1 FLOUR IS TO BE OBTAINED, CELLULOSE PARTICLES CALLED PIKE AND WEAK FLOURS WHICH ARE MAINTAINED BY STARCH, WHICH CAN BE DYED BY THE BRAN, ARE SEPARATED. THIS SEPARATED FLOUR IS CALLED BLACK FLOUR, IN OTHER WORDS, PEASANT FLOUR. IF FLOUR WITH TYPE 2 FEATURES IS TO BE PRODUCED, THE PROPORTION OF BLACK FLOUR USED WILL BE DECREASED.
FOR EXAMPLE; AN AVERAGE RATE OF 65% OF TYPE 1 FLOUR IS PURCHASED. THE REMAINING PART IS BLACK FLOUR OR BONKALITE. PRODUCED FLOUR
SINCE EFFICIENCY DETERMINES QUALITY, RATHER THAN THE YIELD OF WHEAT AND FLOUR, EFFICIENCY CHANGE IS MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH CUSTOMERS’ REQUEST. FOR EXAMPLE, IN A HIGHLY QUALIFIED FLOUR, THIS RATE MAY BE REDUCED TO 50%. THE REST IS BLACK FLOUR OR BONQUALITY. SOME COMPANIES PACKAGE BONKALITIES AND BLACK FLOUR, WHICH ARE A DERIVATIVE OF FLOUR, AND MIX THEM WITH RAZMOL. THIS OBTAINED FLOUR IS CALLED SINGLE EAR (00 DOUBLE ZERO) AND IS SOLD AT A HIGHER PRICE. TECHNOLOGY AND QUALITY OF WHEAT ARE VERY IMPORTANT IN PRODUCTION. THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD TO FEED FACTORIES AND FEED BREEDERS. OTHER THAN BROKEN WHEAT, WORTHLESS PROJECTIONS CONSISTENT OF STONE PIECES, SHELLS AND METAL PIECES ARE ALSO TAKEN FROM WHEAT. THE RATE OF WORTHLESS EXTRACTION VARIES BETWEEN 1.5-3%. TO GIVE AN AVERAGE FIGURE, 1.5-3% OF WHEAT SUBMITTED TO PRODUCTION MAY BE SPOILED DURING THE CLEANING PHASE, AND AGAIN 2-3% OF BROKEN WHEAT AND hulls are separated. THE WEIGHT OF CLEANED WHEAT INCREASES BY 1-1.5% AS A RESULT OF THE HUMIDITY PROVIDED.
ASH RATIO: IT IS THE RATIO OF FOREIGN MATERIALS FOUND IN THE FLOUR. TO MEASURE THE ASH, 3 GR OF IT IS USED WITH CLOSETS. THE FLOUR IS PUT IN SPECIALLY HEATED ASH OVENS. THE ASH IS LEAVED IN THE OVEN AT 900-1000 DEGREES FOR 2-3 HOURS. IT IS LEFT TO COOL AFTER IT IS REMOVED. THE ASH REMAINING IN THE CLOSET IS WEIGHED ON A SENSITIVE SCALE. THE DIFFERENCE GIVES THE ASH PROPORTION IN THE FLOUR. FLOUR IS DIVIDED INTO 6 TYPES ACCORDING TO THE ASH RATIO.
TYPE % USE DRY MATTER MAXIMUM % DRY GLUTEN DRY MATTER MINIMUM
TYPE 1 0.50 9.0
TYPE 2 0.60 9.0
TYPE 3 0.65 8.5
TYPE 4 0.88 8.5
TYPE 5 1.25 8.5
TYPE 6 2.00 8.5
THE MOISTURE CONTENT OF WHEAT IS VERY IMPORTANT IN FLOUR PRODUCTION. THE IDEAL HUMIDITY OF WHEAT CRUSHED IN ROLLERS MAY BE BETWEEN 14-16%. IN WHEAT WITH A MOISTURE RATE BELOW OR ABOVE THESE VALUES, STARCH CELLULOSE WILL REMAIN STICKY OR WILL BE STAINED BY THE BRAND. THIS SITUATION REDUCES THE PRODUCTIVITY OF FLOUR AND IMPROVES ITS QUALITY.

FERTILIZER (Y.A.: 12.06.2019/57):
THE MAXIMUM SPREAD RATE THAT MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF SHIP TRANSPORTATION OF FERTILIZER COMMODITIES SUCH AS COMPOSITED, UREA, CALCIUM AMMONIUM NITRATE, AMMONIUM SULFATE, TRIPLE SUPER PHOSPHATE, SULFUR IS 2%.
IT PROVIDES 1-1.5% WASTE OF THE RATIO OF COMPOSITE AND AMMONIUM NITRAL AND FERTILIZER TYPES IN GENERAL, UNTIL IT IS TRANSMITTED FROM THE MAIN DEALERS AS A FERTILIZER TO THE FINAL CONSUMER (INCLUDING THE SUB-DEALER STAGE).
FLASH RATE DURING CARPET (WALL-TO-WALL) LAYING (Y.K.: 12.06.2019/57):
RATES OF FLOODS THAT MAY OCCUR IN CARPET INSTALLED FROM WALL TO WALL:
A) IF THE WIDTH OF THE CARPET IS STANDARD SIZE, THE FAST RATE IS BETWEEN 2-5%. B) IN CASE OF AN ADDITION DEPENDING ON THE LOCATION OF THE BUILDING AND DESIRE, THE RATE OF WATER IS BETWEEN 5-15%.
C) IN SMALL SPACES, THE FIRE RATE IS BETWEEN 2-3%.
CAROB (CAROBON) (Y.K: 12.06.2019/57):
WASTE AND LOSS RATES IN THE STAGES FROM PROCESSING TO EXPORT OF CARROBE;
CAROB, WHICH IS HARVESTED WITH APPROXIMATELY 30-34% HUMIDITY, CANNOT BE PROCESSED AT THIS HUMIDITY, IT IS WAITED FOR A PERIOD OF LIKE 1.5-2 MONTHS, AND IT CAN BE PROCESSED WHEN THE MOISTURE RATE DECREASES TO 16%, WHICH THE EXPORTED OIL MOUGHT SHOULD CONTAIN. AND FOR THIS REASON, ON AVERAGE IT CAUSES 16% FIRE DUE TO MOISTURE LOSS DURING THE WAITING PHASE.
WHEN IT REACHES THE PROCESSING STAGE, IT IS FIRST PURIFIED FROM FOREIGN MATERIALS.
THEN IT BREAKS. THE PRODUCER HIPS THE HARVEST OF CAROB AND PUT IT IN BAGS
AS A RESULT OF THIS MAKING, IT MIXES IN WITH FOREIGN MATERIALS (BRANCHES, LEAVES, STONE, SOIL ETC.).
BECAUSE IT IS A FOREIGN MATERIAL, ON AN AVERAGE, 2% WASTE AND LOSSES OCCUR DURING THE PURIFICATION AND BREAKING OF THE ABOVE COUNTED MATERIALS.
SEPARATE THE SEEDS OF THE BROKEN CARROBE AND GRIND THE REMAINING PART AS POUCH.
GROUND CARNOBE IS IN THE MILL, DURING THE BAGGING PHASE AND DURING THE GRINDING.
It volatilizes due to being in powder form in the aspirators during transportation to the sack site.

TRANSPORTATION, STORAGE, PRINTING AND PRINTING OF PAPER
AFTER (Y.K.: 12.06.2019/57):
TRANSPORTATION OF PAPER: UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS, PACKAGING PROVIDES UP TO 3% WATER. HOWEVER
IT IS ALSO GOOD IN PACKAGING SHORTING, HOOKING THE PACKAGING, LOADING AND UNLOADING.
SINCE IT IS NOT Wrapped, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE FIRE WILL RISE TO VERY HIGH RATES IN RAINY WEATHER, AND A SPECIAL OFFICER IS REQUIRED FOR SPECIAL SITUATIONS OUTSIDE THIS NORMAL.
STORAGE OF PAPER: THERE IS NO WASTE IN THE WEIGHING MADE ON THE DAY THE PAPER AND CARDBOARD WERE PURCHASED. PAPER
AND A FIRE OCCURS DURING THE TIME THE CARDBOARD IS STILL IN THE STORE OR WAREHOUSE. THE RATIO OF THIS WATER, WHICH INCREASES PROPORTIONALLY WITH TIME RESULTING FROM THE LOSE OF MOISTURE OF THE GOOD, IS 3%.
IN THE PRINTING OF PAPER: THE WASTE RATE IS 18.5% IN WORKS WHICH ARE 4-COLORED OFFSET PRINTING (PROMOTIONAL BROCHURE, CATALOG, CALENDAR, MAGAZINE, BOOK, ETC.).
AFTER PRINTING THE PAPER: THE ACTIVITIES THAT ARE LATER PERFORMED ON THE PRINTED JOBS
PROCESSES SUCH AS VARNISHING AND CELLOPHON COATING 5%; IT PROVIDES 8% WASTE IN THE BINDING, CRIMPING, CUTTING AND GLUING STAGES OF THESE WORKS. IN AGREEMENTS MADE WHEN DELIVERY OF THE WORK AT THE EMPLOYER’S ADDRESS, A 2% FEE IS ALLOWED IN PACKAGING AND DELIVERY.
IT IS APPROPRIATE NOT TO USE ALL THESE FIRES AT THE SAME TIME. WASTE RATES MAY BE COLLECTED IN POST-PRINTING PROCESSES (COACHING, BINDING, CUTTING, CRIMTING).

HOWEVER, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE FIRE WILL RISE TO VERY HIGH RATES DURING RAINY WEATHER, WHEN THE PACKAGING IS DISGROUNDED, HOOKED INTO THE PACKAGING, AND IT IS NOT WRAPPED WELL WHILE LOADING AND UNLOADING, A SPECIAL OFFICER IS REQUIRED FOR SPECIAL SITUATIONS OUTSIDE THIS NORMAL.
SULPHIDE IN COIL FORM OF PRIMARY PULP PAPER, CARDBOARD, KRAFT, HUTBAK, OIL PAPER
WASTE MAY OCCUR IN THE RATE OF 2% TO 4% DURING THE CUTTING AND MAKING IT INTO PACKAGES. IF THE COILS ARE DAMAGED, THIS DAMAGE MUST BE DETECTED WITH A SPECIAL COURT, AND THE DECREASE ARISING FROM THIS DAMAGE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS WASTE.
WHEN SCRIPT PAPER IS USED AS RAW MATERIAL FROM THE CARDBOARD FACTORY, IT IS NORMAL FOR THESE SHRIPPED PAPER TO SHARE UP TO 10% DURING MANUFACTURING.
PACKAGING PAPER PROVIDES 3-5% FIRE IMMEDIATELY WHEN PRINTED.
IN THE PRODUCTION OF WAXED PAPER, IT PROVIDES 3-5% WAX DURING THE WAXING OF THE PACKAGING PAPER. WAXED PAPER ALSO GET WEIGHT IN RELATION TO THE WAX OR PARAFFINE IT TAKES ON IT AFTER WAXING.
IT IS NORMAL FOR THOSE WHO ENGAGE IN WHOLESALE PAPER TRADING THAT THE PROPORTION OF WASTE THAT CAN BE PROVIDED WHEN THE PAPER IS TRANSPORTED TO THE WORKPLACE AND DIVIDED INTO SMALL BOXES IS 4%.
PAPER AND CARDBOARD ARE ON THE WEIGHING DONE ON THE DAY, I.E. THE WEIGHING DONE ON THE DAY THE GOODS ARE PURCHASED.
THERE IS NO FIRE. A FIRE OCCURS WHILE PAPER AND CARDBOARD STAY IN THE STORE OR WAREHOUSE. THE RATE OF THIS WATER, RESULTING FROM THE LOSE OF MOISTURE OF THE GOOD AND INCREASING PROPORTIONALLY WITH TIME, IS ABOUT 3%.
PAPER BAG (KRAFT): TRANSPORTATION OF KRAFT BAGS USED IN THE PACKAGING OF MICRONIZED CALCITE, TALK AND BARITE MINERALS AS EMPTY,
IT IS NORMAL FOR THE RATIO OF WATER TO BE AROUND 8-10% DUE TO REASONS SUCH AS EXPLOSION AND REAR OF THE BAGS DURING THE STOCKING, FILLING OF THE BAGS, CLOSING THEM, LOADING FROM THE PRODUCTS WAREHOUSE, TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY TO THE CUSTOMERS.
3RD COMPOUND NEWSPAPER PAPER IS PRODUCED IN REEL FORM FOR NEWSPAPER PRINTING

THE ORDER OF THE PROCESSES IN THE PROCESSING OF THE MATERIALS AND THE LOSS RATES DESCRIBED BASED ON THEM: SOLID WOOD:
AFTER PURCHASING SAWN TIMBER OF CERTAIN LENGTH AND DIMENSIONS, THE PROJECT IS DESIRED TO BE DONE.
A CUTTING LIST IS MADE BASED ON IT. THIS IS FIRST RAW AND THEN THE FINISHED MEASUREMENT.
THE LISTS CONTAIN TWO DIFFERENT SIZES. SOLID WOODS USED ARE HORNBEAN, RUSSIAN PINE, CHESTNUT, MAHOGANY,
LIKE AYAUS, UROKA, LIMBA, TETRA, OAK, RED PINE. TREES ARE ALWAYS IN THE DESIRED SIZES AND
IT MAY NOT BE CLEAN. THERE MAY BE KNOTHERS, NICKNESS, DEFORMATIONS AND CRACKS IN THE TISSUE. FOR THESE REASONS
THEREFORE, PARTS WITH SUCH DEFECTS SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE TIMBER. THIS
IF SORTING IS NOT DONE, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ACHIEVE THE TARGET QUALITY. QUALITY
WHEN SEPARATION IS ACTUALLY DONE, THE WASTE RATE THEREFORE INCREASES. Besides, stripe
IT ALSO PROVIDES FIRE DURING CUTTING, PLANNING, STRAIGHTENING AND SIZING TO THE DESIRED THICKNESS. MASSIVE
THE RATE OF FIRE IN FINISHED TIMBER IN WOOD VARIES BETWEEN 25% AND 30%. IF IT IS MANUFACTURED FROM LOG; 35%-45%

THE WASTE RATE IS 20%.
WOOD VENEER: THIS MATERIAL HAS DIFFERENT THICKNESS AS 0.5 MM AND 0.6 MM (SPECIAL CUTTING IN IMM).
IT COULD HAPPEN. THE PROBLEM IN THE COATING OCCURS AFTER PRESSING. COATING THAT IS ADORABLE TO THE NAKED EYE
AFTER PRESSING, THE GLUE MAY REMEMBER. EVEN IF THE COATING COMING OUT OF THE PRESS LOOKS CLEAN, THE PAINTING PROCESS
IT MAY SHOW THE GLUE DURING IT. THIS EVENT DOES NOT APPLY TO ALL COATINGS. IN DESIRED THICKNESS
WHEN COATING IS FOUND, THE WIDTH MAY NOT FIT. THIS MAY INCREASE THE RATE OF WASTE. MILLING OF THE COATING
IT IS USUALLY POSSIBLE TO FIND THE DESIRED AMOUNT OF MILLED COATING WHEN A PART IS REQUESTED TO BE USED.
IT DOESN’T HAPPEN. SEPARATION OF MILLED COATING FROM THE SAME PALLET COATING OF 5-10 THOUSAND M2
MAY BE NECESSARY. THEREFORE THE LOSSES AUTOMATICALLY INCREASE. THE WASTE RATE OF THIS MATERIAL IS AROUND 30%.
LAMINATE AND PRIMER: LAMINATE IS A MATERIAL THAT COMES IN DIFFERENT SIZES AND PATTERNS. WASTE RATIO IN LAMINATE
IT IS MORE. THE REASON IS BECAUSE THE WIDTH OF LAMINATE IS SHORT. THE REASON FOR PRIMER TO SCARE IS BECAUSE THE SIZES OF THE LAMINATE AND THE DIMENSIONS OF THE PRIMER COATING ARE DIFFERENT FROM EACH OTHER. THE RATE OF WATER IN THESE MATERIALS VARIES BETWEEN 20%-25%.

IF IT CONTAINS HIGH HUMIDITY (ANNUAL RELATIVE HUMIDITY IN ANTALYA
AVERAGE IS 65%.); SINCE IT CONTAINS MINIMUM 1% FAT, THERE IS FERMENTATION FOR THE SHELL THROUGH THERMOTHERING; IT EMITS A DIRTY SMELL AND CANNOT BE USED AS ANIMAL FEED; HOWEVER, IT CAN BE USED AS FIRE IN ANY FACTORY (NOT RESIDENCE).
ANTALYA IS NOT A SUITABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR STORING OILSEEDS; BOTH HUMIDITY AND HEAT
IN TERMS OF FACTORS… FOR EXAMPLE, IF THERE IS A SMALL MOISY MASS WITHIN THE MASS OF THE CUMP, THE WHOLE
THE STOCK LOSES ITS ECONOMIC VALUE (IN A CERTAIN PERIOD). IN COTTON SEED
ALSO THE SAME
EVEN IF THE CONDITION EXISTS, CIGIT CAN BE USED; HOWEVER, THE CAPTIVE BECAME UNUSABLE
